Vertel je verhaal (also published in English: Tell Your Story, A New Role for Photography in a Changing Market) contains research into the changing role of documentary photography due to ongoing technological developments and the rise of new media.
Visual story editor Marc Prüst aims to show how photographers, journalists and artists are adopting to the digital economy and the demise of traditional media. He does so by highlighting stories of 12 photographers that have founds different distribution models and tools to tap into the right market for their work.
Featured photographers include: Jimmy Nelson, NOOR, Rob Hornstra, Jeroen Toirkens, Bruno van den Elshout, Nicole Segers and more.
